Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Select the order number of the product you want to refund.
  3. Create a support ticket with your order number. This opens a prompt to Request a Refund.
    1. Note: if you want to have quick refund, you can chat with our VIP Agent if they available.
  4. Write down title as “Requesting for refund” and describe why you want to get refund.
  5. Submit the application
